Opening ceremony of the ”Traditional Agriculture ..................

The opening ceremony of new exhibition gallery on  ”Traditional Agriculture in Sri Lanka” on 09 th March 2012 was held at the Colombo National Museum under the patronage of Hon. Mahinda Yapa Abeywardhana, Minister of Agriculture with the participation of Hon. Dr. Jagath Balasuriya Minister of National Heritage.

Secretary to the Ministry of National Heritage, Ms.Kanthi Wijethunga, Director General of the Archaeological Department, Dr. Senerath Dissanayake Director of Department of Archives Dr. Saroja Weththasinghe, Director Genaral of Central Cultural Fund Prof. Nimal Silva, Mr. Vijaya Dissanayake, Director(News) of Sri Lanka Rupavahini Cooperation and many other guests from various institutions were present for the ceremony.
