Recruitment of volunteer resource personal for the data entry program for "KOHA" library automation system in National Museum Library

The National Museum Library was started in 1887 and it is one of the oldest library in south Asia. Presently nearly 500,000 books including Ola leaves manuscript are deposited in the museum library.

Currently, The Department of National Museums is working with the project on establishing the KOHA library automation system for National Museum Library, under the consultation of University of Moratuwa.

The Department of National Museums is willing to recruit, the volunteer resource personnel for the data entry process, which is the one of the stages of this project.

This invitation is for the volunteers with experience, who are seeking the opportunities to improve and share knowledge. Those who are working with us, will be offered a certificate at the end of the project, as an appreciation for your valuable service for this project. Project duration is 15^th April  – 30^th November 2023
